Terms & conditions;

EAGLE SHARK CYBER DEFENCE is hereinafter referred to as "ESCD".

The customer is referred to as "the Customer"."

The Parties" refers to "ESCD & the Customer" together.

Non disclosure

The Parties agree that all information that the Parties become aware of under this agreement is confidential and must therefore not be disclosed to a third party.

However, the Parties are entitled to disclose information to third parties if it is required to solve the tasks mentioned in this contract or is required by law.

Confidentiality includes personnel, subcontractors, consultants, and all other involved parties.

Internal processes, methods, and documentation used by ESCD are confidential and may not be published, shared with any other supplier, subcontractor, or the customer's partners without written approval from ESCD.

It is not allowed for the customer or ESCD to publish or disclose the content of this agreement without written approval from both parties.

The confidentiality agreement is valid for 5 years after the end of the agreement.

Upon entering into this agreement, payment is made for the month in progress

Economic

All prices are exclusive of VAT. and in DKK

Payment terms are 8 days
